  • Professional License: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or significantly used the material.
  • Enterprise License: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed or significantly used the material.
  • Exceptions: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period or for accounts with substantial usage of the licensed content.
